Extending unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to understand the acceptance of digital textbook for elementary School in Indonesia

The rapid development of technology has led to the change textbooks from printed digital forms accessible by students irrespective their location, thereby improving overall academic performance. This is appropriate sustainable learning program, where support online and can access material anywhere at any time. research aims analyze factors affecting intention elementary school teachers use textbooks. Quantitative data were collected measured 493 in Riau, Indonesia, analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). results showed that performance expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Perceived opportunities (PLO), Self-efficacy (SE), Facilitating Condition (FC) positively affected teachers’ SI was found be factor with greatest effect on BI. However, attitude, affective need (AN), ICT usage habits, gender, age, education level did not affect provides important information for government, decision-makers, schools future.
